| Summary: | Attended BYU and completed a BS in computer science and an MS in instructional science. Served an LDS mission in Korea. Married Susan Hall (class of '75) in 1977. We have lived in Provo for nearly 27 years. As of May 2004, we have six children and one grandchild. Strangely enough, the number, gender, and sequence of our children exactly match my brothers and sister and me, i.e. four boys, then a girl, and then another boy. Of earthly treasures, possibly the greatest is that our children enjoy each others' company above anyone else (spouses excepted). In 1987, I started a business producing computer software for lawyers which I ran badly for 10 years and finally sold. I now work for the company that bought us. If you ever hear about a software product named "HotDocs", that's us. (To clarify, I'm more on the "Docs" side of the software than the "Hot" side.)
