| Summary: | Anthony W. (Tony) Royle is a partner with Neff & Ricci LLP (now the
largest CPA firm in New Mexico with approximately 120 employees) with 25 years experience serving public accounting clients. Tony has substantial
experience in business, estate, gift and income tax reduction planning and preparation. He is known for his quick response to client needs and
concerns. He has been directly instrumental in saving clients millions of dollars of estate, gift and income taxes. His specialty is saving money for
his clients by delivering elegant solutions to their business and tax problems. He has SEC reporting and public offering experience as it pertains
to tax matters, as well as advising numerous closely-held companies, partnerships, LLCs and individuals. He has written numerous articles,
conducted statewide seminars and is a frequent speaker on business and tax matters. He is editor of and publishes the quarterly newsletter Government
Contractor Alert. Prior to joining Neff & Company LLP in 1987, he served as a manager with Ernst & Young (Big Four firm) and Grant Thorton (National
firm) for seven years. He is a 1979 cum laude graduate of Weber State University in Ogden, Utah where he received his four year bachelors' degree
in only three years. While studying at WSU, he also simultaneously worked full time at the Internal Revenue Service, Ogden Service Center as a tax
auditor and received two honorary awards from the Director of the Service Center. Prior to attending WSU, Tony volunteered to serve his country in the
United States Army where he was appointed to a special nuclear defense unit in Germany. Tony is a certified public accountant and is also a Diplomate of
the American Board of Forensic Accountants. He is a member of the New Mexico Estate Planning Council as well as a number of other organizations,
including Rotary International and is listed in Who's Who in America and several other Who's Who publications.
